Pamela Kay Fetters, age 75, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2026. Born on August 1, 1951, Pamela was the daughter of the late Charles and Alice (Rassau) Fetters. She was a 1969 graduate of Highlands High School. Pamela spent most of her life in Washington, D. C., where she enjoyed a distinguished career as an employee of NASA. Following her retirement, Pamela returned to Pennsylvania to be closer to the family she loved so dearly. She treasured time spent with her family and lifelong friends and embraced the opportunity to reconnect with her roots.

Pamela had a passion for travel and adventure. She traveled extensively throughout the world, embracing opportunities to experience different cultures, meet new people, and explore new places. Her travels provided her with countless memories and stories that she enjoyed sharing with family and friends. Her curiosity about the world and appreciation for its beauty reflected her adventurous spirit and love of travel.

Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Alice (Rassau) Fetters, and her beloved nephew, Nicholas Robinson.

She is survived by her sisters, Sandra Malaga, of Melbourne, FL., Cynthia (Mark) Hazlett, of Natrona Heights, Mary Jane (Gary) Robinson, of Natrona Heights, Elizabeth (Raymond) Gault, of Natrona Heights. Also survived by one niece, four nephews, several great nieces and nephews, as well as Melanie Lipscomb who Pamela thought of as another niece.

Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in the many memories they shared with Pamela. Her adventurous spirit, devotion to family, and years of service will be remembered with love and gratitude by everyone fortunate enough to have known her.
